Jerry L. Jeane Owner/License Funeral Director/ Embalmer

Jerry is a life-long resident of the Leesville- Vernon Parish area. Born in 1961 to Ernest and Siphronia Jeane, Jerry has a twin brother, Gary, and both are 1979 graduates of Leesville High School. His mother was a stay-at-home mother, while his father worked for over 29 years selling life insurance to families of Vernon Parish. His family was very active in church, and Jerry continues to serve as a licensed Minister of Music. He sings or speaks at funerals as needed. In 1999, Jerry met and married Pam and moved her and her two daughters from Oak Grove, LA, to Leesville. Pam teaches at West Leesville Elementary School. Having a new family, Jerry and Pam moved to Anacoco, LA to raise their daughters, Shelby and Carley. In 2002, Jarrel came along to complete the family.

Jerry has worked in the funeral business since 1982 where he started out at Kilpatricks in West Monroe. Then he attended Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and came back to Mansfield Rose Neath. In 1988, he moved back to Leesville and began his career. He has worked at Labby Memorial, Myers Colonial, and Hixson. Always having the dream of having his own funeral home, the dream started to come true in 2012. After visulaizing a building and praying for 2 years that the Lord would open the door to put in a funeral service, that dream finally came true on April 15, 2013. Jeane's Funeral Service was opened and our motto is "We offer personal service, not just a funeral."
